FES COURSES

We look forward to welcoming you.
We run training courses and workshops on the application of FES in neuro-rehabilitation. Before clinicians can prescribe the ODFS®-PACE or O2CHS for their patients, they must attend a course; this is mandatory. Three courses plus one workshop are offered:

/1/ Accreditation course for the single-channel stimulator [ODFS®-PACE] used in dropped foot and gait correction
This two-day course is intended to enable participants to assess patients for FES treatment and provide them with the skills to set-up and use the single-channel dropped foot stimulator for gait correction. For further information please click here.

Participants have two payment options for this course:

The cost of attending this course plus keeping the stimulator you will use is £835 (excl. VAT). This means a significant discount on the actual stimulator price.

If you would prefer just to attend and not take the option of keeping the stimulator, then the cost is £365 (excl. VAT)

/2/ Introduction to FES and clinical applications
This one-day workshop provides an opportunity to learn about the basics of FES and to receive demonstration of where it has been used clinically. For further information please click here.

The cost of this course is £125 (excl. VAT).

/3/ Accreditation course for the Odstock 2-Channel Stimulator
This course is intended for clinicians who have some experience of the single-channel device and would like teaching on the two-channel stimulator used for more complex gait applications. For further information please click here.

The cost of this course is £225 (excl. VAT).

/4/ Clinical application of FES for the upper limb
This one-day course is intended to enable participants to assess and treat patients for FES applied to the upper limb (hand, arm and shoulder). For further information please click here.

The cost of this course is £160 (excl. VAT).
